Prices are per week in US Dollars.
A fixed cleaning charge of $50 is added and paid for during the booking.
An agreed metered heating charge will be applied in Winter months.
Deposit of 20% payable at time of booking. Balance paid one month prior to arrival.
We are flexible, having no fixed changeover day, allowing you to take advantage of any cheap air fares you may find - a distinct advantage.
Rate: $100 per night / $600 per week
With flights landing at Perugia only a 35 mins drive away, even a long weekend is very do-able.
A trip to this part of Italy is of course delightful in high Summer, but why not consider a trip outside of this time!

- Spring - Stunning flowers, blue/green grass and beautiful light quite unlike the UK. Tulip & Easter Festivals are particularly delightful.
- Autumn - Can be mild or even hot through to end of October. Beyond then, mists and fogs can make this a romantic mystical place. End of November and beginning of December bring many wine and olive oil festivals.
- Winter - To be fair snow is a rare occurrence in Paciano, Crowds are down. It is easier than ever to visit top tourists sites. Umbria Jazz Festival in Orvieto is a wonderful experience at the end of December.
- By the way, there ARE ski resorts within two hours drive, so that could be an isolated day trip.
